Panchakarma treatments at Sanskriti Ayurveda
We offer in Sanskriti Ayurveda 2 ways of doing Panchakarma treatments: individual or in a group.
Individual Panchakarma
- As the name says it's only for 1 person or some cases for a couple at the same time. In Sanskriti Ayurveda Panchkarma can be done in 7 days, 10 days and 15 days. This depends upon the person's health status and health complaints.
- If preferred, we can do all panchakarma treatments at the person's own home. Or that person can rent somewhere in the nature cosy house and do the panchakarma there. Even in Heerhugowaard bed & breakfast is available.
- Some other cases (people who live near by), can do first few days of panchakarma treatments in our practice and last few days at person's own residence.
- Individual panchakarma can done whenever it's suitable for that person. We can arrange it together.
- If person wants to have Ayurvedic food during panchakarma, that can be arranged too.
Advantages
- Person stays in their own secure environment. It feels safe and comfortable, hence the person can relax more.
- You don't need to spend time with other people who you don't know.
- This type of panchakarma is ideal for couples or single individual.
Cost
- For 7 days € 1500 per person
- For 10 days € 2000 per person
- For 15 days € 2500 per person
Included are all treatments, herbs and Ayurvedic food. After panchakarma diet en lifestyle advice.
Accomodation
Here are few recommended locations: 5 minutes walking distance from Sanskriti Ayurveda there is bed en breakfast available. The name is Het Zuid Eind. But Alkmaar, Obdam, Bergen are also nearby and good options.
Group Panchakarma
- As the name says it's meant for minimum 4 people, but more than 4 is also fine.
- For this kind of panchakarma, we try to find a peaceful place for the whole group and we arrange Ayurvedic food and drinks for the entire stay.

- You can relax a lot because everything will be arranged for you.
- You can have all the time for yourself, you don't need to worry about work, kids or other home situation.
Cost
Depending upon the costs of the location, the price for a Panchakarma treatment can vary between € 2000 - 2700 per person.
Registration
- For the group panchakarma you need to register minimum 3 months in advance.
- We try to arrange Panchakarma group treatments 2 time per year, somewhere in March-April and somewhere in the months October-November.
